Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026 · PressFudge, 4609 Godfrey Road, New York, NY 10021

1. About PressFudge and these terms

PressFudge ("we", "us", "our") operates pressfudge.com and provides the press release distribution services described in section 2. These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you - the visitor or registered customer using the site - and PressFudge. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and the company details you provide during the order are the details of the business the order is for. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and Refund Policy; if you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.

2. Our services

PressFudge distributes press releases to a network of news outlets and syndication partners. Our services are: distribution packages (Basic, Core, Growth, Premium and Enterprise), each with a stated placement count, delivery timeframe and feature set as shown on the Pricing page; a press release writing service, available on its own or added to any package; a white-label add-on for unbranded deliverables; publication of your release on our newsroom; and a placement report for every distributed order, available in your dashboard with downloads in Excel, PDF and TXT formats. Package prices are per press release ("per PR"), quoted in US dollars and payable in USDT under the Payment Policy. We may improve or adjust the service and the outlet network over time; the package description in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.

3. Accounts

Ordering requires a free account. You agree to register with accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your password confidential - activity under your account is treated as yours. You must be legally able to enter contracts (and, if an individual, at least 18). Tell us promptly at hello@pressfudge.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, are used for unlawful purposes, or submit fraudulent payment details, and we may decline to accept orders from closed accounts in future.

4. Ordering and payment

Ordering works in three steps. Step 1 - options: you choose a package and any options (writing, white label, coupon code); the total is calculated and shown before you commit. Step 2 - payment: you pay the exact total in USDT on one of the supported networks (TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20) to the address shown on your order page, then submit the transaction ID (TXID) and the sender details requested. Step 3 - details: after payment, you provide the company details for the order - a contact name and email and the company website are required - together with your press release (or your brief, if we are writing it). Your company details are deliberately separate from your account details: agencies routinely order for clients, order emails are sent to the company contact email on the order, and the company details you enter are what appear on your invoice and order records. No work begins until payment is verified on-chain, as the Payment Policy explains. An order is a request to purchase the service described; if we cannot accept it - for example because the content breaches section 9 - we will decline it and refund in full under the Refund Policy.

5. The writing service

The writing service costs $99 per release and is a separate, optional service - it is not included free with any distribution package. If you choose "Write it for me" on a package order, or order writing on its own, our writers draft your release from the brief and facts you supply in step 3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts in your brief; we write, structure and polish, but the claims in the release remain yours (see section 8). The finished release is delivered through your dashboard as a downloadable file, and - on package orders - it then goes into distribution like any customer-supplied release. If you reject the draft, tell us what is factually wrong or missing and we will revise it; taste-level rewrites beyond the brief may be treated as a new writing order.

6. White-label add-on

The white-label add-on ($49 per order) makes your deliverables unbranded: the placement report and delivered files for that order carry no PressFudge branding, so agencies can pass them to their own clients. It changes presentation only - distribution, placement counts and guarantees are identical to a standard order.

7. Publication guarantee

For an approved release, we guarantee the placement count stated for its package. If we fall short of that count for a distributed release, you may choose re-distribution at no cost to close the gap, or a proportional refund for the shortfall, as described in our Refund Policy. The guarantee covers the number of placements in your report; it does not guarantee any individual named outlet, a homepage position, feature coverage, interviews, or that a story will remain online forever - third-party outlets control their own sites and may later edit or remove content, which is outside our control (see section 10).

8. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for everything you submit: the release text, briefs, company details, images, links and claims. By submitting content you warrant that it is accurate and lawful, that you hold all rights needed to publish and distribute it (including in any images and quoted material), and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights. You grant PressFudge a non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish and distribute your release and its associated images and links through our network, newsroom and reports for the purpose of delivering your order and evidencing placements. You agree to indemnify PressFudge against claims, losses and costs arising from your content or your breach of these terms. Our Editorial Guidelines set out the standards every release is reviewed against; meeting them is the fastest route to approval.

9. Prohibited and sensitive content

We do not distribute content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing or unlawful, or that promotes: illegal goods or services; narcotics and controlled substances; weapons and explosives; counterfeit goods or document forgery; adult or escort services; unlicensed gambling; malware, phishing or fraud schemes; get-rich-quick or deceptive financial schemes; or claims that a product cures or treats disease without substantiation. This list is not exhaustive - if it is illegal to advertise, it is not eligible for distribution. Sensitive topics - including licensed gambling, cryptocurrency and blockchain projects, health and wellness products, financial services, alcohol and dating - are handled through a stricter review, as our guide to sensitive topics explains: declare the topic honestly when you order, provide the documentation requested (such as licences and substantiation for claims), and expect distribution to target the outlets cleared for that category, which can take longer. We may decline or remove content that breaches this section at any stage; if we decline it before distribution, you will be refunded in full under the Refund Policy.

10. Reports and deliverables

After distribution, your dashboard carries your placement report: the live placement links, outlet metrics and downloads (Excel, PDF, TXT), plus your invoice. Reports record the placements as verified at the time of reporting and form the record against which the publication guarantee in section 7 is measured. Third-party sites control their own content and may later edit, move or remove stories; we are not responsible for changes made by third-party publishers after publication, and links in reports are provided as the record of placements delivered.

11. Fees, network costs and taxes

The price of your order is the total shown at checkout, less any valid coupon discount. Blockchain network fees are charged by the network, are payable by you on top of the amount due, and are addressed in the Payment Policy. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction; our prices do not include your local taxes unless a page states otherwise.

12. Intellectual property

The PressFudge name, logo, website and its content belong to PressFudge or its licensors (see the Legal Notice). Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you. Content you submit remains yours, subject to the licence in section 8. For releases we write for you, once your order is paid in full you may use the delivered release for your own promotional purposes without restriction.

13. Disclaimers and liability

News outlets retain independent editorial control: while placements are guaranteed as described in section 7, no service can guarantee the editorial decisions of any individual journalist or outlet, or any particular business result - such as sales, rankings or investment - from a release. Except for the express commitments in these terms, the service is provided as described on the website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time; orders already placed continue under these terms. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or fraudulent payment activity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - including sections 7 to 13 in respect of completed orders - survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York. Before bringing a claim, please contact us at hello@pressfudge.com - most problems are resolvable within one business day.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with its date. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
