Payment Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026 · PressFudge, 4609 Godfrey Road, New York, NY 10021

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how you pay for PressFudge services, how we verify your payment, and what happens in the edge cases - a wrong amount, a wrong network, a transaction that never arrives. Our package prices are quoted in US dollars on the Pricing page and are charged per press release ("per PR"). Refunds are not covered here; they are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of the terms you accept when ordering.

2. We accept USDT only

PressFudge accepts payment in USDT (Tether) and nothing else. We do not take bank cards, bank transfers, PayPal or any other cryptocurrency, and we will never ask you to pay in a different asset or to a different kind of destination. USDT can be sent to us on three networks: TRC20 (Tron), ERC20 (Ethereum) and BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). At checkout you choose the network, and your order page shows the receiving address for that network. The receiving addresses are also printed on your order page only - treat any address sent to you by email, chat or social media with suspicion, and never pay to an address you did not copy from your own signed-in order page.

3. How payment works, step by step

Our ordering flow is pay-first, then details. (1) You choose a package and any options - the writing service and the white-label add-on - and place the order; the exact total in USDT is shown on your order page. (2) You send that exact amount from your own wallet or exchange account to the receiving address shown for your chosen network. (3) You submit the transaction ID (TXID) - and the sender details the form asks for - on the payment page. (4) Your order moves to "Payment Submitted" and our team verifies the transaction on the blockchain. (5) Once verified, your order is confirmed, you provide your company details and press release in the next step if you have not already, and production begins. You will receive an email when your payment is received and again when it is confirmed.

4. Verification comes before work

No work starts on an order until its payment has been verified on-chain. Verification means checking that the TXID is a real, completed transaction, on the network you selected, for the amount due, arriving at our receiving address. This normally takes a few hours at most during business operations, depending on network congestion and confirmation times. Submitting a TXID that does not correspond to a real payment - a random string, someone else's transaction, a screenshot instead of a hash - leaves the order unpaid, and repeated attempts of that kind will result in the account being suspended.

5. Send the exact amount

Please send the exact USDT total shown on your order page. If a payment arrives short (for example because an exchange deducted a withdrawal fee on top), the order stays unpaid for the difference: we will tell you the shortfall, and you can top it up with a second transfer and its TXID. If a payment arrives over the amount due, the excess is yours: on request we will apply it as credit toward a future order or return it to the wallet it came from, less the network fee for the return transfer. Prices are fixed in USDT at the amount shown when you order - later movements in the dollar value of USDT do not change what you owe or what you paid.

6. Network fees are yours

Every blockchain transfer carries a network fee (sometimes called gas), paid to the network itself - not to PressFudge. That fee is set by the network and your wallet or exchange, it varies by network (TRC20 is usually the cheapest of the three), and it is never part of your package price and never refundable by us. When you send, make sure the fee is taken on top of the amount due, or send enough extra that the full amount arrives (see section 5).

7. Wrong network or wrong address

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, and the network you send on must match the network you selected at checkout. USDT sent on the wrong network, or to an address that is not ours, may be unrecoverable. Choose carefully, and always copy the address from your order page for the exact network you picked - TRC20 addresses begin with "T", while ERC20 and BEP20 addresses begin with "0x", which is a useful last-second check. If you believe you have made a mistake, contact us immediately with the TXID: where recovery is technically possible we will attempt it, but we cannot promise it, and time matters.

8. Invoices and records

Every order carries a unique reference (shown as PF-XXXX in your dashboard and emails), and a matching invoice (INV-PF-XXXX) is available from your dashboard's order page at any time - use the View Invoice button to open or print it. Your invoice records the package and options billed, any coupon discount, the total in USD and USDT, the network and the TXID of your payment, so it doubles as your payment receipt once the payment is verified.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are handled under our Refund Policy - including the full refund before distribution begins, the publication-guarantee remedies, and the automatic full refund if we decline your release. Where a refund is approved, it is paid in USDT, normally back to the wallet the payment came from; the network fee for the return transfer is deducted, as it is charged by the network, not by us.

10. Fraud and unlawful funds

You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you pay with are yours to use and were lawfully obtained. We may hold an order, request more information, or decline an order and close an account where a payment appears fraudulent, connected to unlawful activity, or in breach of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy obliges us to complete a transaction that would break the law.

11. Changes to this policy

If how we take payment changes - for example, if we add a network - the updated policy will be posted on this page with its effective date, and the version in force when you place an order governs that order.

Contact: Questions about a payment - email hello@pressfudge.com or call +1 (332) 291-2175. Include your order reference (PF-XXXX) and TXID so we can find your payment quickly.
